"WP 5 - Climate Change and Resulting Natural Hazard" aims at drawing a synthesis of potential future climate changes and their effects in the Alps through the assessment of historical climate changes and the evaluation of regional climate model
A synthesis of potential corresponding natural hazards and an assessment of remaining uncertainties and requirements for regional climate models will be drafted as well.
The involved partners will also set climate change scenarios and parameters for other Work Packages. "WP - Climate Change and Resulting Natural Hazards" intends to be a contribution to International IPCC and it aims at improving information basis for political decision making and administration.
